Terms & Conditions

Expected Conduct:

Persons attending the Recreational Marine Driver’s Licence and PWC Licence Courses are expected to conduct themselves with consideration to their fellow students and Instructor/s. 

Your “Duty of Care” requires you to consider your own and the safety of others whilst attending this course.  When on our training vessels you must consider safety first and remain seated at all times whilst the vessel is underway. 

When operating our PWC you must wear the provided  PFD (personal flotation device) Type 2 and follow directions given to you by your Instructor at all times. 

You must not board or leave the training vessels until told to do so by your Instructor/Training Vessel Master and never jump from a moving vessel.

Workplace Health and Safety Guidelines must be followed at all times

 

Appeal Process:

Should you have any concerns regarding competency decisions, you may submit these concerns with your reasons in writing to the Management of All Australian Boating.

Your request will be given a high priority and be addressed at the earliest possible time.  A written response will be returned to you.
